Good Afternoon, I am Jay coming to you from downtown Camp Hill with your week in review..

 

 

Lead Story

The regular posters found out that teenagers are, in fact, unreliable. It was disclosed after the first annoucement of a certain freak of captain america has swindled more money from members of the older persuasions of their lifelong savings. This accused was unavailable for comment as he was busy playing as his female character in Fable 2. As a follow up, this teenager was stripped of his membership in NOD within a day of being notified of this infraction.

 

Pressing Be Thy Name

Pressing was a hot topic this week as no less than seventy three different threads were devolped by the pro and anti sides within two mintues of the first salvos were fired in what is now known as "The War of The Profit and the Pauper". The battles were long and many were lost forever as the first steps in the war were fought by a brave few under the guise that this will actually change anything whatsoever.

 

BaltimoreLauren and the Honfest(Banished to The Watercooler)

In Entertainment News, BaltimoreLauren was last seen adorning the cover of the City Paper in Baltimore. Dressed as a hon, she looks as she could fit right into another of hometown boy John Waters' sixites circa movies.

 

D.C. Hates Wizards and Chicago!

Disturbing News of the Week: Wizard lays off additional workers and D.C. bows out of Wizard World Chicago. Nothing funny about this. Next!

 

The Church of Boozad

Boozad states that he is in fact Boozad. Worshippers of the Church of Boozad rejoice in the reaffirmation that he is in fact who he says he is.

 

Bono decides to release a bigger turd in Spider-man the Musical 'ello 'ello. Reached for comment Bono spoke only in the Bono Irish dialect that no one but he can understand.

 

Undisclosed reports flood the studio with another possible storm brewing. To rival the hatfield/mccoy fued, the term yall has begun a war of words so to say. Originally, the hillbillies have come out with Ya'll as the correct term as rednecks from the south have come forward with the counter of Y'all. Your brave commentator has no will in this fight as his relatives are from the third world country known as Virginia and also is a decendent of baltimorons as well.

 

The Watercooler. Friend or Foe of OT threads. As these boards are brought to you by the All Powerful Arch, we are just followers and we are to not question his divinity.

 

 

Penut Butter? edible or just the additive of someones lonely imagination when alone? The debate rages on, only in comics general.

 

Complaints have been reported from the Probation Thread, some comments have been "I'm gone for twelve hours and there are 70 posts in the thread? What happened?" and "It's a sad day that there are more posts in this thread than the kudos thread". To this it was noted many times, take it to the general thread.

 

Horses. Yes Horses, it can be said that horses are to blame for many problems in this world, global warming from their flatulence and now the reason for not paying the equivilent of a midsize car for a funny book. What do you say is being shoveled in those posts? Hmm?

This is a parody/satire. Most of the contents are supposed to be funny but may not. The views of the postee are slightly skewed and off center (but not as much as that crazy luxx guy). still working on comedy, that is the hardest genre to write. horror and sci fi are nothing compared to getting people to laugh...looking at it as a way to practice my poor writing skills and get real time feedback as well.
