Brittle page notation is indeed a killer. I still think it looked like a 2.0 had the pages been okay.

cgc is somewhat suspect on their page quality ratings so i don't think you will have any problem selling the book. nice book.

the only reason i stated 8k to 10k is that there are only a select few unrestored low grade copies out there. "affordable", unrestored and in a cgc hold under 10k. there are not a whole lot but a reasonable amount of mid to high grade restored on the census.

I think 5k is a good guess. Lowest recorded GPA is for a 3.0 with SA. at around 8-9k.

that sale was 2 years ago.. the 6.0 just sold for 85,000... more than twice guide.. 2.0 in overstreet $12,000... which to me means a 2.0 would sell for $24K to $30k

 

I think it would go for 6k to 15k..but thats just me (obviously im biased haha)
