Well that sounds fairly extensive although I wonder why he would

 

a) show his face in public to board members if he was planning on scamming them

b) keep in communications with Junkstein (sp?) if he was planning on running with the funds.

 

Again, I'm not in full understanding of the story as I haven't followed the details but I have been at the butt end of a mob thrashing and know it doesn't get much accomplished.

And here is the other interesting point. Is he 15 or 17? He lied about his age before to be grandfathered in when CGC was changing the forum policies, and now someone said he is 15, NOT 17.

 

So the level of stories and games that have poured out of this kid are finally catching up with him.

I have to agree with Chris.

 

He went totally silent when buyers wanted their money back, and after getting into it with his buyers in the Sales Problem thread. Even Silver could see every day he was playing his Xbox games, but not getting on here and making things right.

 

Then when I talked to a few of the buyers that got burned and we agreed let's take this to the wider audience, AND someone coordinated with the police, all of a sudden responses started happening again.

 

It is a shame Michael's echeck bounced, as I was hoping this would be yet another buyer name we could take off the burned list. This is not the case, though.

Hey, you were just showing a caring side for this kid, and I respect that. It's hard to see how bad this situation is until you hear all the history involved and then you are floored he was not sent packing a long while ago.

 

Someone posted an old thread from back in 2006 when JC was saying back then "This kid is trouble, I'm telling you now" which knocked me over to see it even back then.

 

What a shame. It never has to be this way.
