Superman #18 VG-

Solid copy with nice cover colors, lies mostly flat with hint of spine roll. Defects include small pen mark on Superman's face(moustache ), writing on the interior:check marks inside cover, writing on text page, some "w"s on ad pages, Supermen of America coupon filled out neatly (by Ruth Wilson) but no writing on story pages, tanning inside covers and slightly on pages edge though the pages are a beautifully supple white to offwhite, centerfold detached at lower staple, tear at lower staple goes through book, small chip off back cover lower spine with nick into pages. Solid, attractive copy with nice supple pages of this great cover!

He looks like Clark Gable in the moustache. It would have been good to see him say "Frankly Lois, I don't give a damn". Perhaps that would have stopped the secret identity stories.

Someone pointed out to me that this book ended up in my hands! Harley sold it to me, so I'm guessing Andy, you sold it to him.

 

I upgraded my copy too, so it's up on evilbay now.

I'm pretty sure there was at least one other owner before Harley, he might have sold it to him at NYCC 2009.
