Good call. There are a bunch on the market that are cheap, compact and store lots of data.

That sucks man, but nice save on putting the pics on a memory card. (thumbs u From the sounds of your luck, it may not be a bad idea to back up the backup.

Well.I LOST EVERYTHING!!! Those at the Apple store want 300 to retrieve data,luckily my daughters pictures are on my memory card in my camera,sadly scans are not.Another day before i get it back.And yes im buying a back-up unit.
