Action Comics #1 or Tec #27?

Lets just say you are in your LCS and the owner just got in both Action Comics #1 and Tec #27,and you can only get one,which one do you get?

 

I would get the Tec #27 just because I'm a Batman fan

Action 1. While I am a huge Bats fan, the historical significance of Action 1 is what draws me the most.

Tec 27. After that, it's all downhill for the rest of the Batman/Tec run. I'm a Batman fan and would much rather have his first appearance.

I'd go with both .... but iif I could only go wiith one I'd get the Action #1 as there are more opportunities to pick up a Tec #27 elsewhere.
