For nearly every dealer and artist - cash is king. A few larger exhibitors will be able to take credit card at the show as they've arranged to have power and a card reader/phone line, others will do it the old fashioned way with a card impression (but for security reasons I don't think many do that any longer). CGC will take cards for submissions and bill the card when the books are processed in Florida next week.

 

So it's down to the wire now. Office is moving downtown today and some of the big corporate displays are going up tonight. Tomorrow is dealer set up day and Friday morning is late dealer and Artist Alley set up. I'm offline as of tomorrow morning, so I'll try to relay any final changes and announcements before I head down for the weekend.

 

Looking forward to seeing many of you this weekend. I'll be cosplaying as the Micheline Man in my Fan Expo Jersey in the Pro Guest area along the back wall. Make sure you say hi and I'll be happy to hear your thoughts on the show and pass them along.

 

Kelly Tindall has informed me that because of a family emergency, he won't be able to attend after all.

It's not ticketed. You have to line up. First come, first serve. Cell phones and cameras will be bagged, attendees entering will be "wanded" for recording devices which are not allowed in the room. Ditto for the Star Wars Clone Wars preview.
