JOE RUBINSTEIN sketch signing PRIVATE OPPORTUNITY

336 posts in this topic

To everyone who commissioned me to do a sketch cover, thank you.I know

there are many artists to choose from and I am flattered.

I have not forgotten and will get to them all as time allows. Please

understand a freelancer's life is not their own.

Weekends are for catch-up, evening are to get more work done since(

hopefully ) the phone and e-mail has quieted down.

A freelancer doesn't say "no" to an editor in a jam( if he can help

it).

I have been doing 3 monthly books for a while now( as well as rush

jobs on Jack of Fables,etc).

The "99" is done for now,The Futurians mini-series ( written and

penciled by David Miller) is on it s last issue for now and I am still

doing the on going monthly Archie Loves Veronica with Norm Breyfogle,so

the work load will lighten up soon.

I think I got nearly all my clients pencil sketches pretty fast( off

schedule week) and I am whittling down the list.

I will not disappear or forget.

Man I'm on a roll! WELL WORTH THE WAIT JOE!!!!

BTW, I had asked to "recreate" the X-Men 135, but it does look a little like the X-men 56 as well....either way I think it is awesome!!!!!!!!!

:headbang: (thumbs u :applause::banana:

I'm thinking that 135 was a homage to 56. I could be wrong.
