That is a beautiful cover. I have always wanted to start a run of these. When the Valiant series came out did it increase or revive interest in the silver age title.

Wow, I did not know some of these covers....Tales to Astonish #2, Tales of Suspense #2, Gorgo, etc.

 

Without these Boards, we would not have ever seen these "rare" grails.

Wish this was a Golden Age #2 thread. I have lots of those.

 

In the silver age, I have the usual suspects that some have already posted. DD, ASM, etc.

 

Maybe I'll pop over to the GA section and see if there is a #2 thread.

 

I always had an admiration for #2's because they were cheaper and I actually think fewer may have survived as compared to #1's.
