Better late than never! :applause:

Congratulations on a great looking 9.8. With another show coming out, and the original show breaking ratings records every year, the future is bright for this book.

Thanks to bffnut: "I am 95% confident that the true proportion of black label Walking Dead #1s fall between 13.15% and 22.77% of the print run. When multiplied by the population (7266), that gives a range of 956 to 1654."

I like this thread more than the ongoing walking dead thread. Though it's the same cover, every time someone posts a copy, it's like they have added their own personal touch. Love that. Keep them coming.

not to dredge up old arguments, but what was the difference between the white and black 'Mature Readers' again?

No difference. And both labels are readily available in multiple copies at any given time, and sell within the same general price range in grade. (thumbs u

Now that the price of a #1 has flattened out a bit, I bet you could put to test the theory that a black label commands a premium to a white label.

It doesn't (Has it ever, really?). As an indicative example here's two recent sales in a 9.6....

Some people claim that the black labels carry a premium, but I have never seen evidence for it; just anecdotes.
