This series changed its name with issue #3 to Monster Magazine. I’m a big fan of the Kolchak series which is why I’ve been hunting for this one. I think the scan of the copy I got seems muted over others. Hopefully it’s the scan since the sellers other books also look a bit “restrained” in colours. Also gives me an excuse to post these great “what if” books... The two Night Stalker and Night Strangler movies are already available on Blu Ray by Kino and look great. I think the one that scared me the most was the episode where he had to pour salt in the sleeping zombies mouth and then sew his lips shut to stop him. Just as he’s about to jab it’s lip with the needle and thread, the zombies eyes open! Scared the Be-Jesus outta me! Love the Basket Case Gold Key too!
