Was contacted by customer service FINALLY after the messages in this post between TJ and myself. They have had a problem with their server or some such thing and are finally getting back to people that ordered last month.

I ordered one at the end of April and haven't heard anything either way. My credit card hasn't been charged though, so I'm not too concerned about it.

 

Their server was certainly working well enough to take everyone's orders!
