this is as close i could get...

elvis reading maybe an archie book? capt marvel jr may be one of the other books.

 

elvis favorite character was capt marvel jr. some say elvis patterned his hairstyle

after capt marvel jr. see the resemblance?

The comic on the right looks upsidown, and the ad looks like it is for DC Tor.

It may help to check the index around that time frame to jog your memory.
