A copy just sold on eBay last day or so for about $100. What's the market for this book?

 

Well, presumed scarce, perhaps a bit of a sleeper (I was going to post some of the content in the "other" thread) but then a few copies turned up on ebay in the past year or two. I'd regard $100 as a steal in a presentable grade -but that's ebay for you -always muddying the waters!
