I wonder where they are getting their "value numbers" for NM copies. The AF 15 looks price looks close to the NM value but action 1 for one million in NM....maybe 10 years ago(8.5 just sold for 1.5 million). And why is the Detective worth 75 percent more than Action 1.

TEC #27 rules the #1 spot for me to , I agree with the #2 and #1 spot, the others are questionable.

Action #1 started the super hero craze, but TEC #27 started one of the best super heroes of all time, if not #1. Superman just seams like a goody 2 shoes Skippy. Maybe change his name to that.

Goofy. They didn't talk to anyone in putting that together. Listing guide values for some books and not others, saying that "cgc values" All American 16 at $325k, etc. It's junk.

Yeah, I'm a detective #27 fan all the way, but there's no question Action #1 is the top of the heap.

 

And the seemingly random numbers assigned to the two books? What's up with that?

Any list that has Action #1 in any position other than #1 is flawed. I don't like it, being a Batman fan, but I'm not delusional, so Action #1 is #1 until there's some evidence to the contrary.
