Complete professionalism all the way and just outstanding customer service!! Kept me updated with my purchases/shipping and even though there was a slight (and I mean slight) delay with the shipping, he made up for it by throwing in some freebies that was like Christmas all over again!! Honestly, with all the books he had up I'm impressed on how well he kept up with it and I would purchase from again!! Thank You!! (thumbs u
