Of course, the proof of the pudding is when things go bad. Although I've never had any problems with him over numerous transactions (which speaks well all by itself), Tom is exactly the type of person you would want to deal with if there is a problem. He's considerate, easy to communicate with, concerned that everything goes well and both people are satisfied, and an all-around good person.
