I guess it's similar to your list, but with Wonder Man instead of the Beast and with the Scarlet Witch - I first started to read Avengers around 158 when the Vision/Wonder Man conflict was in high gear.

My favorite Avenger villains would be Ultron (and his many reincarnations) and the Squadron Supreme (how cool were they!). I also like the Wrecking Crew but consider them Defenders villains really-
