I would qualify Bosco as a repeat-offender.

 

He has consistently and repeatedly made the rest of you folks look like amateurs in regards to friendliness, helpfulness and responsiveness. He's book packing is second to none, and his books arrive so quickly, he must have a time machine or something that allows him to ship from the past.

 

All this without even mentioning the sweet stash of RELATED freebies!
