One thing this thread shows is how common the DD #1 is cut with the book wider at the bottom than at the top. Very tough to find sweet copies that are cut completely square.

 

I hadn't noticed until now. When I get home, I need to compare my three copies of DD #1 to see if they are all like this. They are all around 4.0, so if one is square, I'll keep it instead.

I went back and looked at my pics of my three books and found that one of them is indeed square. I'm going to post the pic below, don't hate me for the slab. It'll be liberated soon and submitted to CGC for a legit grade. (hate the slab, not the book)

Thanks Bro, Its not that great...its 3.5...Maybe 4.0 on a good day.

 

 

Just got my DD #1 back from being graded. So if Dscott can take me off the raw list and add me to the CGC list. (thumbs u This was in postal limbo for over a week and really was causing me to worry. I live in the area that was affected by the hurricane...I have not really been getting any mail....just ads and stuff. NO BILLS... This was floating around in the post office for a week. I guess they graded this on a good day.
