My SS failed to deliver.

 

I did receive a package from a SS alternate. It said it was the first of two packages I would be receiving, but the other hasn't made it yet.

I was going to wait until the other package arrived to post what I got.

I would think any SS who's gift never made it to the recipient would be all over the investigation and apology posts. Either that or they've run for the hills
