So the Wonder Woman TV show is happening

Wow! I was surprised that David E. Kelley couldn't get such an iconic character to fly with a network, but even more surprised one changed its mind. Very cool.

 

More important than who plays Wonder Woman will likely be who scripts and directs the first few episodes.

 

David E. Kelley is a very prolific writer. I suspect we'll be seeing many scrips penned by him.

 

As for casting, I'm guessing it will be an unknown.

I saw Sylvester Stallone in person and was amazed how much smaller he appeared.

In Rocky he looked huge.

My bottom line is that she must have natural breasts. A Wonder Woman should be capable of growing her own milk glands.

I don't think it will be anything like Smallville. Kelley's resume includes mostly legal dramas with quirky characters, Boston Legal, The Practice, Ally McBeal, L.A. Law. He's a very good writer, and married to Michelle Pfeifer.
