June 30, 2012 (just under a year ago) a CGC 7.5 Off-white pages sold for 836.50!

I guess PQ does really matter to some people.

I think that 7.5 sold for that price in May 2010 on Heritage. There was an offer made to the buyer for $1,125 in June 2012 but not accepted. I think you got the dates wrong.

Maybe I'll attempt to sell my 8.0 for ridiculous a price of $7,000 and wish somebody buys it.
