That top ten is exactly as I would vote with one exception. I would swap TOS 39 for ASM 1. I love Spider Man 1 and really don't get the venom for that book around here.

 

I don't either. It would be 4th on my list

The only Marvels I DON'T have on this list are: FF#4, FF#5, and Sgt. Fury#1.

The only DC's I DO have on this list are: SC#4, B&B#28, and JLA#1.

Wow! Three from each company. Though I have read most of the "not have" issues via reprints/annuals/TPB's.

I still plan on getting some of them eventually.

From a standpoint of objective logic....the list is d@mn accurate. I'm a little uncomfortable with ASM1 so far down the list, but I can see MORE reasons to include the ones above it right where they are. TOS 39 has grown on me over the years...I've come to love Heck on Heck before Stan tried to squeeze him into a Kirby mold. Shellheads popularity is on the upswing as it should be....it is a quintessential 21st century atomic age parable / fable. GOD BLESS...

Spidey #1 should be higher. ASM #3 should not be on this list.

 

IMO Action #252 should be higher than Showcase #22. But both should be behind ASM #1.
