There is a 1" tear on the BC that has me worried the most. It's enroute to CGC and I will post the grade here as soon as I get the results

With the tear on the BC, I'd say 4.5. Without it, 5.5, maybe 6.0...

That book looks great, better than a FN or more. But the tear will make the technical grade lower, say 4.5 or 5.0, like Mark said.

Looks very similar to the one I just got word on that hit a 6.5 so here's hoping

 

As for the tear, I thought the same about a similar detriment on a JIM 83 in the same batch as the AF 15 and that book is coming back 7.0 so keep hope alive!
