remember Stan got a swig of Bruce Banners gamma radiation in the Hulk Movie so technically he has superpowers

 

Very true - still couldn't pull the mjolnir out the ground though

Aunt May - he shooting changed a lot of things

 

Gwen Stacy - her killing changed a lot of thins for Spidey

 

 

(Movie wise I would go with Pepper Potts)

I'd say he's a super-hero even without powers. If I recall he's sort of "enhanced" similar to Cap, and Cap has no powers, unless you count 100% maximum human physical capabilities (does that sound right?)
