Anybody know ebay user id: padsanda and ferd44? Isn't it a bit strange when padsanda bids on Silver Age books on eBay and then all of a sudden bids on ferd44 Golden Age auction?

 

Anybody know who they are?

I don't know if something weird is going on here, but I have met Ferd before (and I've purchased from him on eBay before in the distant past.

 

I think he's from Winnipeg or maybe Calgary. He used to come down to the Wizard Chicago show which is where I was introduced to him.

Hello, I have been to Ferd's house in Winnipeg. I also have purchased some very high grade silver from him. Ferd is one of Canada's long time comic dealers and a very honorable man. His grading is extremely tight, check his auctions at ferd44 and check out all his no reserve Batman and EC comics.

I've dealt with Ferd before. He's a nice guy, but his grading is FAR from tight. And he doesn't always count pages.
