CGC Registry Additions - Fall 2011

YAY! I see that "Captain America: Complete" has been added to the registry.

 

Just to be sure - books I have registered in other Captain America sets: can they too be added to the complete set? Or can one book only be in one set at a time?

 

I also noticed that additional miniseries are included in the Captain America (complete) set. Will all Cap miniseries eventually be added? I'm curious why those two particular series were added since outside annuals and spotlights, they do not fall among the Captain America ongoing series.

I wasn't sure if you wanted them included or not, but it was easier to add them now and, if desired, remove them later rather than adding them later. Would you prefer that I remove them?

I would agree to remove the limited series. I do think that Reborn should stay in though, because during its publication it replaced the release of the Cap book until it finished and numbering resumed the conclusion of Reborn.

Can you add the "Bill Battle" series from Fawcett publications(1952) please?

 

I won the Bill Battle #2 in the Comiclink ebetter auction and unless I'm missing it, I don't see the series anywhere on the registry list.

A few months ago I asked about an Amazing Spider-man set that includes AF #15 and #1-441 to end when the original numbering stopped for the reboot. I haven't seen one yet, and was wondering if we could get a set like that. I doubt I am the only one who stopped collecting at the reboot. Thanks!

New to all this but I guess this is where we post collection requests.

 

Can you add Charlton's Outer Space ?

 

It ran from 1958 to 68, and was the successor to "This Magazine is Haunted!" which is in the collection registry (but stops before the name change at issue 17, I checked)

 

While I see some other titles keep a single collection across name changes, since this one changes genres (from horror to Sci-Fi) I think it should have its own collection.

This is the thread to request full set additions to the CGC Registry. (Requests for expansions can be made in the thread dedicated to those requests) There must be more than one book in the set or graded by CGC to create a set. You can add your request to this thread, just please only request a title once and check to make sure that the set does not already exist on the registry.

Hi Gemma,

 

I'm new around here. Went to start registering my collection and found that my favourite comic is not listed, much to my dismay. Could you please add "Mice Templar" volumes 1-3? There are also two sketchbooks that are tied to it I'd like to be able to list as well. Not sure what the protocol for this is, but I hope I did it correctly.
