Is the $250 for 9.2?

I thought they didn't have 9.4 pricing anymore.

Also, I won't be able to get a my copy till Saturday so can you give me just a few amounts so I can calculate how they are computing 9.2.

How about:

FF #1 in 8.0,9.0 & 9.2

FF#40 in 8.0,9.0 & 9.2

FF#53 in in 8.0,9.0 & 9.2

and nope, I don't own FF #1.

Thanks in advanced.

#1 - 8925/21463/34000

#40 - 116/183/250

#53 - 80/130/180

Thanks to both of you. thumbsup2.gif

Those are pretty substanial increases as the 9.2 prices are significantly higher than 9.4 last year numbers.

They also seem to reflect CGC prices.

GPAnalysis average for #53 is $228. That's only $48 over the guide price. Subtract out $30 in grading fees and that's only a $18 difference.

GPAnalysis average for #40 is $328. That's only $78 over the guide price. Subtract out $50 in grading fees and that's only a $28 difference.

Very interesting. 893scratchchin-thumb.gif

Goodness, pretty remarkable increases for a 0.2 difference. When the masses notice what 0.2 equates to in value the accuracy of grading is going to become EVEN MORE of an issue. Raw sellers out there, we need to be very aware of how we are going to be scrutinized on our grading. As we can see a VF/NM and a NM- carry a HUGE variance in value. EXPECT to be seriously scrutinized on your raw grading. Good luck to us all. ------Sid

The one funny thing that I see (although, when it first came out I am sure it wasnt so funny...) is that they list "Seduction of the Innocent"! makepoint.gif

Thanks! I need to upgrade my 36 and 40! tonofbricks.gif

Here's one healthy price escalation I felt was deserved:

F.F. 31-40...up from $140 in NM last year to $250 this year. While I would still take issue with the grouping (as issues like # 31, 36, & 39 demand premiums over more common books like # 33 & 35), I think its a realistic price escalation...of nearly 80%.
