This is what blows my mind. On what factual basis do they come up with this ridiculous and unrealistic price ???

Since I've been a Mac user my entire computer-using life and wouldn't dream of ever touching a PC (filthy evil machines), I couldn't agree more. Unfortunately, all those decisions are out of our hands.

Calm down, if you bought the book, lovely, and you're obviously a person of taste and distinction. But clearly there are those who simply ask other people to look up information for them without putting down the price of admission, and that's all I intended to point out.
