Never has been the day that I cannot be reasoned with. Unfortunately, comic book nerds, moreso than even other nerds, can't handle anyone challenging their illogical and emotional notions, or correcting their fascinating departures from fact, so when one does...like me...they bear the full brunt of nerd rage. Look at this USArmyParatrooper guy as a perfect example. He was wrong, he couldn't handle it, so he flew into a rage and utterly fixated on a totally irrelevant side point that had almost no bearing on the original discussion.

I know this comes as a great shock to Your Highness, but, unlike you, I've been around here for years, and gained the respect of quite a few members...members who choose the high road and don't think it necessary or useful to correct people, like you, who have NOT been here for years, nor earned many people's respect. My respect has been hard fought, and hard won, but it exists nonetheless.

Oh, no doubt I have my many and severe flaws, and NO DOUBT, I have annoyed a great many people. There are many people on this board who can't stand me, and wouldn't on me if I was on fire. But man, oh man, there are a handful of people on this board who would give the shirt off their back for me, and might even give their very lives for me (and I, them), and THAT...THAT is worth the world.
