Had this book a different artist I think it would have been much better recieved. The art is very distracting.

I like Rossmo's art a lot. (shrug) It's expressive, disturbing and fits its characters perfectly.

Would you buy this to get the #14 reprint graded? Some of these reprints are pretty tough to find especially in high grade. Considering the upcoming movie and character debut of The Winter Soldier it could be worthwhile. . Some of these do really well in high grade I've never been willing to take the risk that the book is 9.8 inside the packaging.

I think it was the same person that picked up 6 cases of ASM #365 cos Miguel

Nobody is more thrilled than I, that the "Dark Horse Lazy" era appears to be coming to an end.

 

My bad on Miguel. I did indeed see a ton of new Miguel art at NYCC that caused me to start pulling ASM #365 from my warehouse. Never bought one.

It is "potentially" a good buy right now.

 

That is NOT really what this thread is about.

 

I'd start an appropriate thread, but the same "Larry haters" would tear it to the ground.

 

One of you guys start it.

Are you suggesting a modern speculation sister thread? It's not a bad idea. It would maybe even divorce some of the speculation from the comic book discussion that should be happening. The pace of comments far outstrips publication as it is which seems to make the speculation stuff a little forced.

 

I'd support that too.
