I'd like to add how amazing the art of comics look on an iPad retina display. A lot of the art nowadays is done digitally. Stuff like Saga looks absolutely gorgeous on my tablet. I buy the physical copy of a lot of stuff mostly image but I'll read it digitally. The artwork just pops on my screen. It looks better than on the printed page. I think there is room for both though. It helps me keep my collection manageable and not clutter it with stuff that I read just to keep up with continuity.

CDs and other forms of music are collectible.

I've been selling off some of my Industrial Music collection, and a few albums on CD have brought in $70 a piece.

 

It's just like comics. If the demand outstrips the supply, it'll bring the money.

For some reason, the RI TMNT covers aren't really selling that well. (Or even the B covers, actually.)

 

The 1A and 5A are selling well. I wish I could find some more.

 

Had to go check my boxes. 5B. Stupid alphabet. I did sell a 1D for $30 at the HeroesMiniCon a few weeks ago, though. Of course I also sold a Strain 1 for $10.......

I found another one today at my LCS, which I bought the first one from right after the initial announcement.

I love the sound of an old punk record and I love the smell of an old comic book. For me with new comics, nothing beats getting really into a story and turning the page to see what happens next

I like the Flash and Justice League 28 variants as well, and the Detective Comics. The Batman one just doesn't do anything for me, disappointingly, as it's the only one I preordered from DCBS and it arrived today...
