Whiz #1 has been reprinted. Love reading it.

 

There is a terrific 3 part story arc that introduces and provides an origin for Captain Marvel Junior that occurs in 1941. It crosses 3 comics over (for the first Fawcett cross over ever) between Master Comics #21, Whiz Comics #25, Master Comics #22. Not sure if it's ever been reprinted.

 

Kingdom Come is an amazing read with a slightly different spin on Captain Marvel. It puts him under spell which shows his "dark" side.
