Post your Copper Age Swastika covers!

30 posts in this topic

Been seeing a few cool ones, such as Maus with swastika covers. I've always been a fan of studying the WW2 era of history, and the swastika is a very strong example of the various ends of human psychology. I would love to start a collection of these to see how different companies viewed them, etc.

Post any comics you've got!

Again from the BA, rather than CA Blitzkrieg was an interesting series, as it was a WW2 book but from the perspective of German troops so lots of Nazi imagery.

A pretty difficult subject to cover sensitively.

Uncanny X-men 161. It's worth checking out for the origin of Xavier and Magneto's friendship before the X-men.

That Mignola cover is way more interesting than the original.

I think Willingham might have done an Elementals back cover with Saker as a Nazi (dont have time to dig through em right now)

I think you are referencing Justice Machine Annual #1 from Texas Comics. Willingham did the 1st Elementals story - Mike Gustovich did the cover.
