I agree. No tape, large pieces missing, no major stains or total spine split. Sure the covers detached but a 1.5 or even a 1.8 seems more in line.

Not surprised - presents very nicely for a 1.0 - and in that grade, who really cares if the cover is married. Crack it out and put it mylar!
