This is one of the more difficult of the Marvel Annuals to find in higher-grades (along with Millie #1 and ST #1 & 2) ....

 

Having said that, I wouldn't CGC it, I would rather have it as a great reader copy, and thumb through it every once in a while.

 

I'd call this one around 5.5 (if the spine is nice). (shrug)

 

 

Congrats on picking up some nice Annuals.

I collect 1960's Marvel Annuals also, and love them.
