That book is around 3 to 4 thousand dollars.

I'm a gonna say 3.0 'cause the bottom staple is detached and that's some serious wear along the bottom right front cover, a little too much for a 3.5 I think.

 

And not a good idea to press maybe since one staple is dead the other might not be too strong...I have to admit I haven't been witness to the results of pressing on a low grade comic that's fragile so maybe it's safe...
