Very possible. It might explain the absence of any uniforms or military markings of any kind, which you'd expect there to be in a drawing where such a weapon is being fired. In any case, I'm glad they decided to use the artwork, as many of the, how should I say, "whimsical" D.C. covers keep me from being a run builder
