Production miscuts in the late 60s and early 70s along the right side (mosty the bottom half) are very common.

Newt, I have never seen a #129 with a white hyphen on that side of the glass. Compare " Stout's" with this CGC book. Whaz UP?

Well...that didn't take long.

more artwork, doesn't make other copies trimmed though.

 

my scan was from the punisher movie reprint...I just realised they must of added some artwork to it, kind of like what they did to reprints of action comics #1.

Scans have been removed. My bad everybody.
