Look close and count the stress lines.

I just submitted one very similar to this that I figured to be a 9.2.

And mine has a few less stresses than this one.

I'm assuming most of the little problems I'm seeing are the result of a case that needs cleaning.

Y'know I noticed that as well. The outside of this case IS clean, but the INSIDE is dirty. CGC's QC wasn't quite so polished back then.
