Weird. I don't really see Talking Dead as a series.

 

It's a real time show that has no long term benefit to me. Almost a commercial.

 

I couldn't conceive of anyone who would want to watch old Daily Show episodes, for example.

Wow I can't believe Comic Book Men got picked up again. I guess I will try and watch it again maybe I will just skip the beginning where all they do is talk.

I'm probably in the minority but I watch comic book men and not walking dead or the walking dead talk show...

I like Comic Book Men, I find humor in it. It is however a "reality show" which means it is scripted and staged, non-the-less I think it is more entertaining than American Idol or Big Brother.

 

I have never watched Talking Dead. I am a recently converted fan of the Walking Dead. But I have still never read a comic from that series.

KInd of hoping that they listen to the critics ( was killed on every board and review I read) . The folks from Comic Book Men will be at the Asbury Park Comic Convention this weekend in NJ. If I get there I may tell Walt that they need to focus more on the comics. Who know , next season might be bigger. I also think the success of the Avengers had something to do with this. Comics are hot right now. Going to get hotter. . I am glad it got renewed. More shows about comics the better.

I enjoy Talking Dead a bunch and Chris Hardwick is a pretty cool person in real life.

 

Now Comic Book Men WTF is AMC thinking? I would rather see anything else in that time slot.

I'm really surprised about Comic Book Men getting renewed. Admittedly, I thought the show was getting better (or maybe I was just getting numb to it), but I didn't think anyone other than extreme comic geeks would be interested.

I honestly believe that those clown shoes on Comic Book Men know next to nothing about comics. I feel embarrassed when I watched it, I had doosh chills for days.

That sucks that comic book men got renewed. That means I have to wait a half hour longer to see the re-run of the TWD episode.

I'd rather watch Talking Dead before Comic Book Men but I'm glad they renewed it. They are about the actual comic book industry but I didn't hate it like most people did.
