Guessing more people are getting into Revival as I see #6 had a bit of a spike with 17,396 sales making it the second highest behind #1 with 18,039.

 

Pretty nice spike from 14,098 for #5. Bet the awesome cover to #6 also helped!

Especially since #4 had a run of 15,251 and then #5 fell so hopefully demand will start exceeding supply.

The new DH Star Wars series has me back in the comic shop. While picking up a copy of #2 today I found 2 copies of Revival #1 in really nice, NM/better shape still on the shelf. Thanks to my frequenting these boards I knew enough to pick them up. Got them for $2.50 each. Read one when I got home (after I read Star Wars) and thought it was quite good though not my normal fare. They also had several copies of #2 and onward so I may need to pick up a few copies of those as well. I guess I now have an interest in seeing where this book goes . . .

I will say, I'm not a fan of 7 but I really like 2. I'm all for the variant if it offers something different (and isn't $15 - cause that's just asinine.)

I suspect it's just me but I'm not all that keen on these 2 new Phantom variants.

 

The #1 was awesome. 1A is still my favorite cover in recent years. The #6 was great as well. These 2 new ones really do nothing for me.

 

May actually give these 2 a miss.

I will buy the Phantoms just bc I get them at cover and I agree with you that the covers aren't mind blowing. By far the Revival #1 Phantom is my fav. I just love blood splatter!!
