Yes, you guys are correct. Shortly after posting it, it started to irk me. so much so to the point that i went ahead and bag/boarded them up to put them away (i dislike B&Bing), and sure enough, i had them already.

correct. I just read the TPB and in my opinion it's the second best title that image has behind the walking dead. I have read pretty much all of the TPB's that are out(saga, thief of thiefs, manhattan projects, hoax hunters, think tank, etc) and it was a much better read IMO.
