Closer to a 8.5/9.0 without it. But yes, that one tiny hole punch makes a $20k book a $5k book. On the bright side, if it doesn't bother you much (and it hasn't bothered me), you get a real pretty 7.0 for the money.

Superman # 24 (CGC 9.0 OW/W) $12,500 Classic Patriotic Flag cover. A 9.4 sold last year for $42k. Only one in 9.2. Scarce book in unrestored high grade.

I worry that i have a touch of OCD And the knowledge of the hole may drive me into a mental black hole where I end up having to sell the book to escape the event horizon :screwy:
