We have only seen him twice and he hasn't spoken (that i remember) - probably thats why he is hard to place. The First rehabilitated serial killer? The First survivor of Madder Red? Hekla Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Finally read 2 & 3 last night to catch up... This book definitely has legs. The story is told in a disparate manner, but is also cohesive (unlike, for example, Blackacre). I read some of the comments on art, but I like Riley's depiction of Madder; his style fits the chaos the character brings. I do think some of the non-Madder scenes could be finessed a little more (ie tighter pencils). Maybe as the series progresses he will evolve his style.
