This is the screen I used.  I typed my tracking number in and they say it is not in the system (even though USPS shows it as delivered 8/9).   
 

I have so many books that I would like to submit to CGC, but I just don’t have the patience to be without the books for the time it takes.   And not scanning packages in when they arrive just makes me too nervous.

 

On a positive note, this does save me a lot in grading fees.  Lol.

Maybe I'm getting old, but I could've swore the CATEGORY column used to be filled in before the submission shipped. For instance, you could see if your comic was restored or not. Did this used to be the case, or should I be checked for Dementia.

Correct me if I have this wrong. It was taking so long to mark books as received CGC came up with a tool to see if the books had actually been scanned into the warehouse. Not it takes several weeks (maybe more?) to get them scanned into the new tool.

I also remember this.... occurring around January/February 2020. havent seen it since.

So you guys are saying you do not see the category any more? Mine have shown prior, to my dismay a few times this year. Although those were all walkthroughs.

The last few submissions, the Category column was filled in at the same time the grades were posted.
