Also if there is a new facility involved, they are probably not willing to move the old submissions to the new facility.  Potential for damage.

If there's a new facility, it is odd that only 1 or 2 submissions in each box are getting the speedy grading treatment. If think it's a combination of a lot of factors including, a new facility, new graders, keeping the flow of new submissions coming in with this lottery system, etc. Another thing to keep in mind is that if CGC's storage room is filled, the books received first are likely the hardest to get to. To avoid piling the new material on top of the old, grading a certain percentage of those new arrivals would help staff get access to the older submissions.

They have had at least two facilities for awhile now (reholders are sent to a different address,  at zip 34240). But they did say earlier this year they obtained more space. If they are nearly caught up on opening and inputting the comics, then they have ease of access to all books.

Wut? They were waiting for the $ they didnt realize they already had before completing the book? I've been charged the day after they were put on a truck to come back home to me...sounds like a convenient excuse to mask some other oops. Still glad you're on way to being reunited

Yeah this would be frustrating especially seeing all the slow track submissions that are being shipped out within 2 days.

I wasn’t frustrated but more or less wondering why a walkthrough submission was taking almost a month to complete when the TAT is listed at 12 days.

From recent past experience, once the books are pressed they are prioritized in the grading queue once they get back to CGC.

Books delivered in May are shipping :banana:

I had some books delivered in October that were turned around quickly.  While I loved the quick turnaround, there were a lot more 9.6's than I am used to receiving.  Typically, I get about 85-95% 9.8s.  Those books that were turned around quickly were only getting about 45% 9.8s.  These books from May are back up in the 90+% 9.8s.
