Encapsulation is when they slab the book and before qc, and qc quality control is the step before they ship where they "double check" everything and print a shipping label.

I was getting quite impressive turnaround times where my moderns were being opened and going to SFG the same week over the last 2 months. My latest submission they received at the beginning of last week has still not been opened yet and entered into the system. I just hope its not a sign that they are falling slight behind as we were spoiled with these quick TATs.

How many books did you have in this submission?

When I spoke with CS yesterday, they told me they are about 2-2.5 weeks behind on opening up packages. It seems like they might be starting to get backed up again on opening up boxes.

Mine was delivered on 3/28, but its still sitting there not even entered into the system yet.
