Thanks for the tip on this! I called and got my Fast Track fees refunded as a credit.

Sounds like a refund is iffy if you're calling e.g. a few days past the estimated Fast Track turnaround time. Which is reasonable. But if you're past even the *NON*-Fast-Track turnaround time, then (potentially I guess, maybe it depends on who you talk to?)... good to go.

Still no movement on my Fast Track Economy books. They've been GEI'ing since April 18th and I'm not sure they can GEI much more. :taptaptap:  Has anyone else waiting on GEIs from April seen any recent movements?

over two months of calls I made , and  numerous attempts to assure me it was soon coming, I decided they need to put up or pay up.

I just put in a claim for lost on my Magazine Standard, Now when will they respond to me from their claims division?
